It can be difficult to make changes when feeling defeated and sleep deprived, during our call we’ll talk through what’s been happening, the patterns, the struggles, the little wins and piece together exactly what your baby needs to take more predictable and settled sleep.
When you book a consultation with me I will assess your baby’s unique sleep needs and form a plan with this information in mind (no generic routines here), it will also allow you time to chat through your sleep struggles and finally get clarity on your baby’s sleep.
A consultation is about creating a calm, clear plan that feels doable for you, works for your baby, and gets your family the rest you all need. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and confident about your next steps with reassurance, guidance, and support every step of the way.
The Snooze Nurse Consultation
How it works

Before our consultation I will send you a 5 day sleep diary to complete, this helps me to fully understand your baby’s unique sleep needs and what is preventing them from taking their best sleep, ensuring we form an appropriate plan forward.

An initial consultation begins with a 60-minute chat to discuss the personal challenges you’re facing with your baby’s sleep.
We will discuss your baby’s sleep diary, their unique sleep needs and formulate a plan that works for them. -
Once we have discussed your families needs, I will provide bespoke advice on how we will support your baby to take the sleep they need, and move towards better sleep for the whole family.
You will also receive an age-appropriate snooze success plan. This sleep plan will have all of the information you need to support your baby to sleep well, which you can come back to time and time again. -
Every child is different and no one size fits all. This sometimes means that you’d like support for longer, meaning you can troubleshoot as you go and feel confident in moving forward, continuing to make improvements to your baby’s sleep.
I can provide WhatsApp support to help you achieve your sleep goals, for different lengths of time, depending on what you require.

THE SLEEP TWEAKS CALL
A sleep tweaks call is beneficial if you have previously had a consultation or have used one of the Snooze Success Plans and need a little extra guidance. For example, if you haven’t quite been able to crack sleep and need to ask a few questions, or if you did manage to get amazing sleep but this has since regressed.
A sleep tweaks call is also suitable if you haven’t previously worked with me, however need to make some small tweaks to sleep and would benefit from a 30minute chat and some bespoke advice.
A Sleep Tweaks call would be suitable for:
- Early wakes
-Bedtime battles
-Nap transitions
-Transitioning to a bed
-Tweaks to daytime schedule
This package is not suitable if your baby is unable to self settle and sleep training is required.

THE SNOOZE CLARITY CALL
A Snooze Clarity Call will be best suited to you if you feel you need to discuss your baby’s sleep 1:1, you will be given bespoke advice on your individual sleep concerns and your baby’s unique sleep needs. This bespoke advice is something that you can then implement going forward, alongside and age appropriate Snooze Success Plan.
You also have the option of adding on WhatsApp support (Mon-Fri), to ensure you feel fully supported when making the changes needed:

The Ultimate Snooze and Support package will be best suited to you if you want access to long term support and would like the peace of mind that you have a sleep expert on hand when you need it most with 3 weeks of WhatsApp support to be used over 1 year.
This option is perfect for solving your immediate sleep issues whilst also giving you the confidence that you’ll have the support to tackle any sleep blips down the line.

By working on your baby’s sleep, this will in turn mean the whole family can benefit from the positive effects of getting the sleep they need.

I can give specialised advice on how you can get your baby sleeping in their cot. Whether it’s transitioning from co-sleeping to cot sleeping or simply improving naps in a cot, there are many ways that you can lovingly support this change.
